A few weeks ago I had a break in my schedule so Ashley and I escaped to the crisp and cool NC mountains for a few days at the peak of fall foliage.  No kids, no schedules.. Just us, a cool little Air B&B we found, and a lot of exploring.   And, on the chance that we found an awesome spot, we brought her wedding dress along to do something we had been talking about for awhile…  We LOVE our wedding photographs, and I love working with everyone I book each year but this was a really special thing for each of us.  We stopped along side this perfect little stretch of the Blue Ridge Parkway.  The light was gorgeous, colors were soft and amazing and the woman I love was standing in front of me in her wedding dress again… It was like time stood still for 45 minutes until the sun dipped below the trees and evening set in.  She looked and felt beautiful, I was like a kid in a candy shop- all in all, a great day in beautiful country…
