Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!  A few weeks ago, Social Butterfly Events and I built this fun set and offered Holiday mini-sessions with a twist.  Everyone that signed up was given a discount if they would bring an unwrapped toy that would be delivered to Good Shepherd Homeless Shelter for the families that would be at the facility over the Christmas holiday.  You can imagine that if you and your parents are in need of a homeless shelter on Christmas, getting gifts is probably not going to be a big part of your morning.  So we were able to collect a ton of toys, and the staff at the shelter was ecstatic.  We shot 10-15 minute sessions and booked a Sunday solid from 12-5pm.  We had hot chocolate, Christmas cookies and even a make-your-own-s’mores bar- it was awesome!  A big thank you to everyone that came out to support this, and also to the local companies that helped me pull this off in such a cool way: Social Butterfly Events, High Performance Lighting, Pomp, and Jungle Rapids.
