One of the best parts about Bald Head Island, NC is that there are no cars allowed.  There is a ferry that takes you from Southport NC to Bald Head Island, NC and from there you can either golf cart, bike, or walk your way around the island.  Not only does this slow down the pace of life here, it also makes Bald Head Island extremely quite.  Both are perfect for your southern wedding!
