The City Club at de Rosset is a gorgeous venue to have a wedding in Wilmington NC. Located in the Historic downtown and decorated beautifully, it was the perfect backdrop for Melissa and Shawn’s wedding day! Katie and Jud were married at a private garden along the Cape Fear river in downtown Wilmington, and had their reception at the gorgeous 128 South on Front St. It was a perfect fall day for this beautiful wedding… All our best to Katie and Jud! I loved everything about this wedding… from the people, to the countryside, to the homemade pies and deserts made by the mother of the bride, to the dried flowers and cotton, to the many musical happenings from the wedding party and father of the bride, to the (surprise) appearance of Asheville underground greats The Big Nasty Jazz Band, all the way to the squirt gun exit. Crystal and Doug are quite possibly two of my favorite people… Easy laughers and so fun to hang out with! Of course it doesn’t hurt that we started the session off right at a local pub, but that’s neither here nor hgh human growth there… I also don’t shoot in Raleigh too often, so it was fun to get out and learn a new area!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This picture perfect wedding at Grace United Methodist Church and 128 South in Downtown Wilmington NC was amazing. Ashley had thought through every detail of the day and it turned out beautifully!
