I have the great opportunity to photograph a lot of weddings at the amazing Shell Island Resort. Although each year we find ourselves shooting all over the county, I absolutely love that a place like this exists right in our back yard, here in Wilmington NC! Brett, Lauren, and all of their guests were so much fun to work with. Now that many of our clients are out of state, with either them coming to Wilmington NC for their weddings, or us traveling to shoot their wedding- I figured it’s a good time to write a blog post to showcase one of our albums. More often it seems that our entire pre-wedding interaction is emails, phone calls and FaceTime!  Pictures can always show what we offer much better than a jumbled explanation from me of how awesome your album will be!

We had the perfect day for this Wrightsville Beach wedding!  Brett and Melissa put a gorgeously simple day together that ended in a giant party reception at the St. Thomas Preservation Hall.  Tia with The Perfect Plan was a joy to work with-keeping the day running smoothly and everything in order.  Check out the cake from Alison’s Cakery– Per usual, it tasted even better than it looked!  Leave us some love in the comments below!
